These reviewed brokers let you open an account with $100 or less: Pepperstone and IC Markets have no minimum deposit, XM starts at $5, Exness at $10 and Tickmill at $100. A low minimum deposit makes it possible to start small, but a small account limits position sizes if you keep risk per trade low.
All three main accounts start at $100, including the Raw account at $6 commission per round turn.

What can you do with a small forex account?
With a small account, keeping risk per trade low means trading very small positions. On a $100 account, 1% risk is $1; with a 20 pip stop on EUR/USD, that allows about 0.005 lots, below most brokers’ 0.01 lot minimum: position sizing, 1% rule. High leverage does not change this; it only lets a small deposit open positions that are too large for the account: what is leverage in forex.

Frequently asked questions
Which forex broker has the lowest minimum deposit?
Among the brokers we have reviewed, Pepperstone and IC Markets have no minimum deposit, and XM starts at $5.
Can I trade forex with $10?
Some brokers accept it, but with a 1% risk rule a $10 account risks $0.10 per trade, which allows only the smallest positions and makes costs a large share of results.
