Who owns The5ers?

The5ers is operated by Five Percent Online Ltd, United Kingdom and Israel, founded in 2016. On whether accounts are simulated, The5ers states: “All evaluation activities operate exclusively within a simulated environment.”

Payout data: The5ers states an average payout time of 16 hours and 4,376 monthly payouts (read on 3 October 2026, undated). It does not publish a total amount paid or say that its figures are independently audited.

Is The5ers legit?

The5ers says it was founded in 2016. Its website is run by Five Percent Online Ltd in London (UK company number 12553363, incorporated in 2020 and listed as active on Companies House), and its terms also name an Israeli company of the same name; the terms are governed by Israeli law. The5ers says it is not a financial institution and that “there is no regulation clause” for what it does.

The evaluation stage is simulated. For the funded stage, the terms say funded traders trade the firm’s capital and that the firm decides whether to execute their trades; the separate terms for that stage are not published on the website. The5ers publishes an average payout time and a monthly payout count, but no total amount paid: are prop firms legit?

The5ers High Stakes rules for $100,000

High Stakes is The5ers’ 2-step challenge and the only one of its regular programmes offered at $100,000 with a direct evaluation. It comes in two pricing options with the same loss limits:

  • New ($405): targets of 10% and 5%.
  • Classic ($455): targets of 8% and 5%.

The programme table for $100,000 shows a 4% daily loss limit and an 8% static maximum loss, while an older help article still gives 5% and 10%; the stricter figures are used here. The daily limit is measured from the day’s starting equity or balance, whichever is higher, at midnight server time. Each step needs three profitable days of at least 0.5% of the initial balance, and there is no time limit: prop firm challenge explained.

Assumptions: the day starts at a balance of $103,000 and equity of $103,000, using the 4% and 8% figures from the programme table.

  • Daily floor: $103,000 − 4% of the day’s starting balance ($4,120) = $98,880.
  • Maximum loss floor (static): $92,000, whatever the profit.

Trading rules on The5ers

Positions can be held overnight and over the weekend. No orders may be executed from two minutes before to two minutes after high-impact news; profits made in that window are removed, losses stay. Expert advisors are allowed if the trader owns the source code, but copy trading of others’ signals, high-frequency trading and arbitrage are prohibited. An account expires after 30 days without a new trade.

How do The5ers payouts and scaling work?

The first payout is 14 days after the funded account starts, and later payouts every two weeks. On a $100,000 account each payout is capped at $4,000 and needs at least $500 of profit; withdrawals by bank, crypto or Rise carry a 3.5% fee, according to The5ers. The challenge fee comes back in parts: 10% and 20% as Hub Credits (usable only with The5ers) after each step, and 70% with the first payout.

The profit split starts at 80%. Each 10% profit on the funded account, with three profitable days, scales the account, from $100,000 up to $500,000; the split rises to 85%, 90% and then 100% plus a fixed monthly payout from a $350,000 balance.

Who can join The5ers?

The5ers does not accept residents of about 35 countries and regions, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Venezuela and Israel, and the occupied regions of Ukraine. US traders are accepted, on TradingView only.
